1. Eligibility

  • Our game is free to play and available on Google Play Store (and later the Apple App Store).

  • You must comply with the platform’s own terms of service (Google/Apple).

  • By using our services, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, or that you have parental/guardian consent if you are under 18.

2. Accounts and Login

  • Our game uses Epic Online Services (EOS) to create and manage player accounts.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and not sharing them.

  • We are not liable for any loss or unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

  • Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

  • Attempt to disrupt servers, tamper with gameplay, or gain unauthorized access.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Community Interaction

  • Our game supports text-based communication between players.

  • Voice chat may be introduced later but will be restricted to authorized groups only, not public servers.

  • You must follow respectful communication practices. Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment will not be tolerated.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

  • The game is free-to-play, but in the future, we may offer cosmetic items, skins, or battle passes for purchase.

  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside the game.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue virtual items.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All game content (including graphics, code, audio, and designs) is the property of Ikshvaku Labs Pvt Ltd.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or that the game will be free of bugs or downtime.

  • We are not responsible for any data loss, in-game progress, or damages caused by using our services.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Players may also stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction where Ikshvaku Labs Pvt Ltd is registered.

10. Player Moderation & Reporting

  • We strive to maintain a safe, fair, and inclusive environment.

  • Players may report inappropriate behavior, cheating, or rule violations through in-game reporting tools (where available), the “Get in Touch” form on our website, or via community channels such as Discord.

  • Reports will be reviewed by Ikshvaku Labs Pvt Ltd staff or designated moderators.

  • Depending on the severity, actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

  • We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or remove access to players who violate these Terms, our Code of Conduct, or community standards.
